Cancellation Policy

We ask that should you have to cancel your appointment(s), that you please check the following guidelines;

Appointments of two (2) hours, spa package(s) require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
All non multi-service appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Same day cancellations or "No Show" appointments are subject to a 50% fee.
NOTE: Spa packages, Skin and Massage appointments arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment.
